With LIT Method there’s little to no impact being placed on the ankles, knees, hips, elbows or shoulders, all of which are prone to injury with other workouts.  This also makes LIT an appropriate form of exercise for those who are rehabbing an injury. 
For our LIT KIT, the equipment is provided as well as the video programing (6-week progressive program included)
For the subscription, you will need a resistance band and loop band aka bootie band to perform the exercises! If you do not have access to the equipment, we offer all equipment for sale on our website!

Yes! New videos will be uploaded to the subscription site constantly! If you would like to suggest any videos to aid with a certain type of injury, please write into litkits@litmethod.com we love the feedback, and will get your video posted as soon as possible!
Yes, you can cancel anytime! Please note that once we begin to bill you, cancellations take effect starting at the end of your current billing period, meaning there are no partial month refunds or credits. If you cancel your Free Trial membership at anytime in the first thirty days (i.e., during the Free Trial period), you will not be charged.
